Welcome back! Fall is upon us and winter is right around the corner! You want your home to stay in tip-top condition during those cold months and I have 10 tips on how to do just that.
- Clean the gutters.

- Trim back the foliage from your home.
- Plant some mums if you want color in your yard; they bloom through November.
- Winterize your sprinklers.
- Beware of frozen pipes!
- Clean your windows.
- Professional carpet cleaning. It can be hard to get your carpet cleaned during those holidays, do it now before all the hustle and bustle.
