have just a few tips on how to get your offer to stand out when there
are multiple offers on the table.
- Be first in. It’s important to have an agent who is actively looking for homes for you. We even knock on doors in the neighborhood you’re looking in to spark seller interest!
- Be prequalified. You want to show you are a serious buyer and make it appear that you are a cash buyer. That way at closing all you have to do is get an appraisal.
- Make it personal. Write a lover letter. Tell the seller why this house means so much to you!
- Have an agent that is well connected in the real estate community.
